In the unfortunate event that a tenant needs to be evicted from your rental, we will manage the eviction working closely with a qualified eviction attorney, to minimize loss of rent. Owner pays attorney fees, but no additional management fee to us to manage the process.
If we are unable to lease your home in 30 days or less we will give you ONE month management free! This means we will WAIVE your first month management fee.
We agressively market and show your property, screen tenants, handle all paperwork & perform a move in inspection...all before we get paid anything.
Our leasing guarantee states that if a tenant does not fulfill the initial term of their lease, we will find you a new tenant for free.
You get paid before we do. We will not collect our management fee until we've collected the rent payment for your property.
