Are you licensed?
Yes. The broker/owner, Moise Nahouraii, has been licensed and fully active since 1979. -
Can I reach you after hours?
Yes. We always strive to be available for our clients and can work around your schedule to if traditional working hours are hard to meet. -
Can you put the money directly into my account?
Yes. We pay owners via ACH directly into their bank accounts. We can also hand deliver payments to your bank, however, ACH is faster. -
Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
Yes. You can review a copy of the lease prior to the tenant's signing. RR will sign on the landlord’s behalf so no signature is required by the owner at the time of lease signing. We will always confirm with you before agreeing to the lease terms with the tenant. -
Do you sell real estate too?

How and when do I get my checks?
Rent disbursements are made via ACH between the 10th and 12th of each month. Depending on your bank, the money should be in your account within 1-2 business days after the payments are transferred. -
How is rent collection handled?
A majority of tenants elect to utilize our online payments platform available in their tenant portal in Appfolio. It’s a safe and secure way to make their payments with no added fees (unless paying by credit card.) We also allow tenants to make payments with personal checks, money orders, and cash if that is their preference. Over 90% of our tenants make online payments for rent. -
How long of a lease do you sign?
Our typical lease duration is for 1 year. We can accommodate longer or shorter lease terms if owner’s prefer. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
One month to one and half month’s rent. In some cases we’ll recommend to charge two month’s rent, which is the max deposit allowed by the state of California. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
Immediately upon execution of a signed property management or lease-listing agreement. -
What type of properties do you manage?
Residential single-family, townhome/condos, and multi-units from 2-4 units. -
What type of reports do I get and how often?
Owners receive a monthly owner statement and an annual 12-month cash flow report. Additional reports are available upon request. -
Who holds the tenant security deposit?
We prefer to hold on to the tenant’s deposit so we can ensure the proper processing and return of the deposit is completed within the state required time-frame (21 days from the date the tenant returns possession of the property.)
