Can you hold a place before I apply?
No. We can only hold a property after you’ve applied, signed the lease, and paid the security deposit. -
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
The security deposit and first month’s rent is due at lease signing. -
How old do you have to be to apply?
18 years and older -
Is the deposit refundable?
Security deposit is refundable less any cost for damages above and beyond normal wear and tear. -
Who needs a cosigner?
An applicant who doesn’t qualify on their own will need a cosigner and we be approved on a case by case basis. -
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
Visit our available rentals page and click on the “Apply Now” button for the property you’re interested in. -
How do I pay rent?
Login in to your tenant’s portal and view your payment option on the tenant dashboard. -
I want to get a pet. What do I do?
Talk with us first to check if the owner of the property you’re renting allows a pet. If so, we will draft a pet addendum and collect a refundable pet deposit. -
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?
Talk with us about your situation and we’ll give our advice. Typically, in this scenario, the owner is often OK with getting a new roommate in your place, as long as they apply and qualify. They will also need to be added to the lease. -
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
Email us your written notice at least 30 days in advance of your lease expiration with your intent to vacate. It’s always best to follow up the email with a phone call or text. -
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
The property owner is responsible to pay for any repairs and maintenance that is related to the property’s structure, normal wear and tear, and/or building defects. Any repairs that arise from tenant misuse is the tenant’s responsibility.
