Moise Nahouraii has been heavily involved in the real estate industry of Silicon Valley since 1979. He started selling real estate in 1979 and, shortly after, began to professionally manage his clients properties. Through hard work, integrity, and kindness, Moise built an impressive portfolio of loyal clients, many who have been working with him for nearly as long as he’s been in the business. Moise understands all elements of the property, so when a repair or improvement is required, he knows the best way to manage it. He also stays on top of current real estate laws to ensure we’re operating our business with the highest level of professionalism and care. We understand that real estate is oftentimes our client’s greatest assets, and we handle it with the care and attention it deserves.

Ilana Nahouraii was born into a successful real estate family. She studied music and Psychology, graduating from UC Santa Cruz, summa cum laude, in 2011 with a B.A. in Psychology. Her father convinced her to join him in his real estate practice, knowing how much she loves to help others and be with her family. Ilana received her real estate license in 2012 and has been working side-by-side with her father ever since. She enjoys her work, and takes pride knowing that she’s making a true difference in people's lives, whether it be her clients which she helps to buy, sell, or manage their homes, or tenants looking for the next place to call their home as well. Ilana strives to maintain the highest level of professionalism, working with integrity and kindness, while keeping the well-being of everyone around her, properties included, top of mind!
